I would not recommend to anyone who is also shy. It was my first time getting my eye brows threaded and I let the person who did my eyebrows know that because when she asked me what I wanted I said I wasn’t too sure. Just NOT thin eyebrows because I DO NOT like myself with thin eyebrows and she gave me thin eyebrows…. I think they might just be so busy that they want to get people done with quickly which I understand, the wait time was short… but I think she just heard the word thin and thought that was what I wanted. I wanted to cry. The receptionist asked how I liked it which I think was great but if you are shy obviously confronting or complaining is scary. The environment personally did not make me feel comfortable to say anything to either the artist or receptionist which was my fault for not saying anything. If you are someone who needs to feel comfortable with staff to speak up, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I have been going to Elegant Shapes to do my eyebrows for years. Alina is fantastic, she is quick, and the threading is almost painless. If you walk in there is almost no wait time, and everyone is very nice. Excellent place, I highly recommend it!

It had been a long time since I got my brows done, so there was a lot of work to do here. Kathy was very nice and she actually knows how to thread! She’s been doing it for many years. I went from a mess, to neat and clean with a very exact perfect shape. Will be returning to see her again. Thanks!!!!

i went there today for my first time , as a walk in and was attended immediately, the place smells good and is clean ! i went with shabana and all i said was i want my eyebrows and upper lip done , she didn’t ask how i wanted them but she did them exactly how i wanted them too , i got my arch back ! it was super fast , yes it hurt but the whole process lasted no more than 3-4 minutes , at the end it costed $10 i love this place so much

I went to the one in canyon country near big lots and dollar tree and I was not satisfied with my eyebrows. This lady that did mine threw off my eyebrows so much! One was shorter than the other and the other was waaaaay to thin. Not even close to my natural shape either like I had asked for. I prefer going to the threading place inside the mall they do your eyebrows amazing! If you’re looking for great eyebrows then go to the mall.
