First time appointment…, my appointment was at 1pm, but the young lady didn’t start my hair until 1:45pm. The person I thought I was booking with, did not do my hair. I told her I wanted small box braids. However, when I was finished I realized that she did medium-large squares with some medium and some small braids. I paid a $25 deposit for a $195 hair do, when done I was told that I owed $175 when it was actually $170 and I paid $180 totally 205 which would NORMALLY not be a problem if my hair was done nice. I will not refer anyone and I will NEVER return. Photos will be added soon.
