Elegant nails has gone down hill. I’ve never had a pedicure hurt before and this time it did. There was no and I mean no different packages for a pedicure when before there was. I asked for a full set of gel nails and was given a manicure with jell polish no tips. Mind you it hurts when there is no break between putting the gel on and it drying to removing it a few minutes later which I had to pay another salon to fix because the nail tech did not listen. No I so do not recommend this establishment. Plus do not get me started on the up keep of the establishment.

My mom made it clear she wanted no gel and repeatedly told the lady she didn’t want it, she then started to put the gel on and my mom said no and then the manager yelled at her and told her she should be more clear as to what she wants. Very unprofessional. Gel manicures

Critical: ProfessionalismI went here for my first time getting my nails done. I had a blue ombre design that needed 2 colors. I showed the lady what I wanted and asked her if she could make it exactly as the picture reference. she said yes and made me choose 2 colors. she asked me which one I wanted to start off with and I chose the lighter color blue. everything was going okay until she started scraping my skin off around my nails. I was in so much pain for 2 weeks. I wasnt even aware we were done with my nails when she said all done and I still only had one color on. I asked about how my nails didn’t look like the picture and she said we don’t do ombre. This place sucks. My daughter went in on Saturday. Tammy burned her with the nail glue. Cut her finger with a file was forceful if she moved her hand or complained and did it harder. Did a crappy job on her nails. TAMMY the manager is rude and also the crappy nail tech. She refuses to refund my money and said I just started learning how to do nails and hung up on me. Even her employees said she doesn’t know how to do nails and has had many complaints. I will sue her for my 35.00 back.

Nail techs are very rude. The tech I got cut my nail and noticed she cut it. and than poured alcohol all over it. They only have 20 colors to choose from. They don’t do gel on toes. Do not recommend it’s not a place to relax it’s a place to get upset.

Worst nail and waxing place EVER! The lady who did my nails was on the phone the entire time. She paid very little attention to what she was doing. My nails starting lifting up after 3 days. Not only that but while she was waxing my eyebrows she was on the phone and left a bald patch on my eyebrow! On top of that they are overpriced… NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON IF YOU WANT TO COME OUT PRETTY!

They cut my fingers up really badly every time I go in. Great if you like feeling the ladies are talking about you(they literally point and snicker) my friend who speaks mandarin and a few other languages accompanied me and the whole time they were basically trash talking every ones appearances. They obviously didn’t think he could understand them.

When I went here the ladies were really nice. But they can’t do ANY designs and even when they try they charge 5 dollars more. They nails techs also aren’t very skilled and to top it off they use MMA which if you aren’t aware is a highly illegal substance.
