I was referred here by a friend and OMG I love this salon. All the staff are so friendly and truly care about their clients. The atmosphere of the salon is very calm and a mix between a boho and antique vibe. I see Madisson Justus for my hair and she is such a beautiful soul. She is always so willing to embrace my spontaneous style and wiling to try out new things! My first visit I chopped off almost 8 inches and she was here for it!

Don’t waste your time. Scheduled an appointment with a stylist and got notified they would charge half the service to my credit card if I didn’t cancel within 24 hours. The stylist has no consideration for others people’s time or money as they sent a text 1 hour before the appointment notifying she could not accommodate me. When I called and left a message to be called back no one did. I called in today, a week later, and the stylist says oh no that’s unfortunate but there’s nothing we can do. You can charge people for notifying you last minute but you can’t take other people’s time or money into consideration? Great clips has better customer service than you.

I talked to one of the ladies there about coming down for my wedding and doing me and three other girls’ hair and make up. We texted back and forth and she said she has us on the schedule, we talked about traveling fee and everything since we are 3 hours away. I was up to paying travel fee, all of our hair and make up costs, PLUS providing breakfast and coffee. They said they would do it and then 3 weeks before my wedding, they told me “ the travel isn’t convenient and it’s not good financially” so 3 WEEKS BEOFRE MY WEDDING THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE NO LONGER COMING DOWN. so beware, $250+ $400+ coffee and breakfast IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THEM!!!!!!!

My stylist Tori was awesome. She knew exactly what to do with my hair. I left delighted with my cut for the first time since I moved from California and lost my long time stylist. I’m so happy I discovered this little gem. Great atmosphere, fun staff…and they were patient with my 3,4, and 6 yr old kids! Tori did an excellent job on my son’s hair as well.

Blair was the stylist who did my hair! She seriously is the sweetest woman ever! She was so helpful with my hair while doing my extensions and explained step by step what she was doing and ways I could style. and the salon is the cutest ! 10/10 recommend.
