I wanted to give a 5 star review but I gotta be honest this was not a good experience. At first it was amazing, beautiful place then it went south halfway through. The pedicure felt rushed and the manicure was poorly executed. My cuticle on one of my fingers were badly cut causing me major discomfort and my nails were just done poorly and seemingly rushed. I have gone to multiple places before over the years with no issue and I normally do not post reviews but this one left a negative mark on me unfortunately which is troubling given I think the place is beautiful.

I really wanted to like this place. It was not busy for Mother’s Day weekend. I given a friendly greeting. My husband and I decided on Mani Pedi/ Sns. The pedicure lady was nice but easily distracted and talked too much to the other lady, she had to stop to make her point through out the conversation. I felt the pedicure was done sloppy, not enough attention to detail, such as my cuticles. My SNS was awful. My nails were lumpy, and the felt gritty. I paid $165 for my husband and I, he added three upgrade charges. These people are overpriced and not very good at doing nails. I will never go back.I’ve never been to a place that added a upgrade charge to remove old polish. My husband told the lady the water was cold, she made him wait until another lady was finished to adjust the temperature. Worst place I’ve tried! They touch things like their phones and don’t sanitize. I can see why they were empty.

Yesterday was my first time coming here and it is now going to be where I go everytime i get my nails done. Olivia did SNS nails on my natural nail and they came out amazing! She took her time to actually soak off the previous SNS instead of grinding it off like other places do that tend to grind part of my nail bed down. She was patient with me and didnt rush through anything. She made sure everything looked perfect before I left and that I was happy. I will be back with my boyfriend for pedicures soon!
