The nails are pretty but 50 for a gel refill with no design is ridiculous. I will be heading back to The Nail Place by Pizza Hut. Only went there because I had a gift certificate. When I booked online the price stated 40 for a gel refill.

I just had my nails done here. Their quality isn’t bad. They are a little more on the higher end than other places in Zachary though. My only issue was with the owner and her professionalism. She decided to treat her employee in a very rude way in front of customers and then proceeded to talk to her in a rude manner in front of customers, after her employee asked her not to talk in front and go to the back if there was still an issue, yet she continued. And then bad talked the receptionist to a customer! I will not return here. That is not the way you treat people and it was very hard for me to stand back and watch this. Shame on you for treating your employees in such a way.

Your customer service reflects your prejudice and your preference as to how you prioritize and serve your clients. You have a preference, and you take your time with those clients to assure their satisfaction. However, other clients are rushed and do not receive the same level of service. Dissatisfaction is an understatement as to the way my customer service was provided today. I booked an appointment with Holly two weeks ago. I arrived on time but she was with another client during my scheduled appointment time with her. I waited patiently for my service only to be rushed having my refill and pedicure done simultaneously, defeating the purpose of being able to relax and enjoy my spa service. However the “preferred” prioritized clients arriving after me, were serviced with professionalism, precision, patience and attention to detail. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable for obvious reasons. I stopped the service before it was completed, voiced my complaints to Holly the owner, and I left.

Myself and husband walked in the get to pedis and a gel polish. They put me in a chair and my feet and water and left me there for over an hour. My water got cold, they didn’t even check to see if I was ok or if my water was cold. They went and started doing someone else’s nails and just left me there. Then when I got up to leave they argued with me about why I was leaving. They did do my husbands pedi and he said she was super rough and hurt him every time she touched his feet! I do not recommend this place at all

Terrible customer service. I went in a hour before close for a basic nail polish on my nails. They were not packed , but asked me to come back tomorrow! I will never be back .

I walked in to be serviced at approximately 210 pm & was informed that they were too busy. I then proceeded to take the time to enter my info in their system as requested to schedule an appointment for 3 hours later to be serviced. I requested an appointment time for 530. The lady asked if I could come at 5pm. I informed her that I had errands and wouldn’t be able to make it back before 530. She said ok but if you can come a little earlier that would be good. Upon returning for my 530 appointment time, the door was locked. I called and stated that I had an appointment. I was informed that they were closed- an 1 hour & 30 minutes prior to their closing time- DESPITE my previously scheduled 530 appointment. My time was completely wasted. I would have preferred to not have been scheduled for 530. I could have utilized that time to schedule at another reliable nail salon. A very disappointing experience as a potential new customer who was looking forward to being serviced. Extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional, & rude.
