Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismSaturday, 10/2/2021, 3:38 pm ~ We’re always told to keep tax dollars in our community, but when services are not rendered properly and you are not treated fairly, then I won’t spend one red cent. This is my 2nd encounter with this nail salon in a two month period. In August the pedicure person let the door slam in my face as I was walking in behind him, (I made sure he heard me when I told him he was being very rude and unprofessional). Today, my pointer finger nail was improperly applied and leaning to the side. Even several customers confirmed what I saw. The manicurist refused to remove it and assured me what she saw was fine. What she saw and said assured me that my opinion didn’t matter, yet I’m the one requesting and paying for the service. We were still in the initial stages of applying the fake tip when I asked her to remove them all and I’d go somewhere else if she wasn’t willing to acknowledge my request. Word of advice……know your worth and make your money count where they treat you like a customer and are willing to listen to your concerns! These type of businesses often forget who their main patrons are! Everyone isn’t uneducated, ignorant, and ghetto! Elegant Nails, -1 customer.
