Went here to give it a try…. NEVER again the lady that did my nails literally flew through them took her maybe 15 minutes! Within 2 days the gel polish started coming right off. I am so bummed they look terrible

I walked in and one of the techs. was extremely pushy. Wanting to know what I wanted and what color without giving me any time to look at options. I tried to explain that I would like some time to decide and she kept asking me over and over. Once I chose a color another tech said they didn’t have it. Knowing what wasn’t available ahead of time would have been helpful. I will never go back.

Did not go they actually asked that I find somewhere else, they were busy. They set appointment after I mentioned they were only place I could go, then I found Regal Nails in Wal-Mart and Regal also busy but happily set appointment spent 72. Including tip. Their loss. I may have paid too much for only a pedi and mani but worth every penny for good service! Sad I noticed when I went by, no longer busy. Having to beg for an appointment is not the way service works. I’m a truck driver it’s hard to get into spots sometimes a walk is worth it for good service.

When a client asks for a pedi and shows an exceptionally simple pattern they do not need hear that their request is ugly or not for the current season. If you are unable to do whats in the picture thats ok just say so and your client will find something else. But telling you the color you picked is ugly or wrong then CLEARLY speaking poorly about your client and laughing at them and their choice is not only unprofessional but unkind.

Just went there for the first time, and now my nails look amazing! Got shellac done and they were quick, efficient, and affordable! Very happy 11/10 will go back.

Not always consistent, but they do a fine job at a fair price. Sometimes they hurt through my nails, they don’t always spend the same amount of time on me when I go in. They have nice chairs that massage. They only take cash or check as well… No cards

I hate to leave a bad review but others should be warned! I am new to Maine and looking for a nail salon. I was fooled by the the reviews. The place was dirty with clearly visible large cobwebs by the pedicure stations. Almost everything surface was covered with nail polish. All the nail polish is clearly old and thick. My manicure was horrible, she didn’t even clean my cutitals the correct way. The application of the gel of very sloppy (thick or thin in different places) and started cracking and peeling shortly after having them done. On some spots my skin was stuck to the gel!!! Be warned!!!
