I just had my nails done on Saturday June 18, 2022. I had dip on my fingernails and regular polish pedicure. I arrived ten mins early offering to get in the pedicure chair early if they wanted. I didn’t MAKE them put me in a chair. Angel did my dip nails while I was still sitting in the pedicure chair. I specifically asked about my cuticles getting trimmed because they are always bad. She told me she did them with the motorized nail file. She said not to put tips on because the Gel Polish that she had done two weeks prior had started lifting up 3 days after it was completed and my nails were too thin.

I’ve been seeing Angel for the last five years and I would never go to anyone else to get my nails done. Any idea or design I’ve brought to her she has exceeded my expectations. The customer service is above and beyond. Angel (Tien) remembered me after just one visit. She greeted me with excitement and by name. She asked personalized questions that she remembered from our previous conversation. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Their work is great but I will continue to come back solely because you can’t get their customer service anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for 6 years and Angel is the absolute best. I always do pink and white powder and my nails grow very slow so I only need them filled every 4 or 5 weeks. I don’t have problems with lifting or losing nails when I come to Angel, but if I for some reason can’t get there and I go to another salon they never last as long. I have learned my lesson and now make sure to always go to Elegant Spa.

My daughter and I made an appointment to go together to have a gel manicure and gel pedicure done. We were there for 2 1/2 hours while they took other people that just walked in without an appointment in front of us and made us wait.Then they rushed through both did a horrible job. Cut our nails too short didn’t polish our nails completely and ended up cutting my finger to make it bleed and then continue to paint polish over top of it. when we asked them to fix the problem they said they were too busy and didn’t have time. I will never go back to this place and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. They care more about the quantity of people they can push though and how fast they can do it than they do their quality of work!! Don’t waste your time or your money!!!

Make an appt with Angel and then she calls back and sets me up with someone else. The man was very rough,sloppy with my nails. Nails are not even,cuticles look horrible and my nail beds have smeared polish all on them. This is the 2nd time this had happened. Will not be going back Gel manicures

Moved to this area a while back and was searching for a new nail place that could do fun designs. I’ve been there ~5 times, and gotten dip powder 4 times. I really wanted to like this place, especially because Angel does great designs, but my nails have chipped after every single time. I have been getting dip for years and have never had this issue. Two times ago I cut my natural nails short as I thought maybe that was the cause, but over half of my nails chipped. So the final time I went I specifically asked them to reinforce my nails as they seem to be chipping a lot, and I had two chipped nails the next day. I can’t justify returning here and spending money to have my nails chip within 24 hours, and I don’t have time to come back and have them fixed all the time.
