I love this nail place, it’s by far my favorite in the city! I don’t go anywhere else. The service from each employee is equal and high quality every time. Tiffany runs a great salon that is kind and friendly, clean and professional. Been using them for years and will continue to! I’m hesitant to write this review because I feel like it’s the best kept secret how good this place is but they deserve it!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuewell this was my first time coming here, but since it’s so close to my job I decided to give it a try..well, when I walk in I tell them eyebrows..and she takes me to the back..i come back and she says $15..$15 for a basic eyebrows wax is crazy lol then I get my credit card out and she says the machine is broken..so, I tell her why there isn’t any sign saying that? so, I ask her why don’t have prices for services up and she gave me one from behind the counter..I told her what good does that do..like really..I will never come here again!! very bad services!!!!! I really liked this place the first time I came. It’s my fourth time, with each visit the service and friendliness diminished. The past 2 times I wasn’t even often different pedi services (just given the basic). The staff seemed preoccupied on their electronic devices and not on customers.

I’m definitely all about pampering. Some people have a pamper/luxury limit. Not this girly girl. I want to be waited on hand and foot. When I was pregnant, I wanted it even moreso. This place was my safe haven. It’s super close to my office so I would go after work and just melt into my chair as they delicately made my toes/hands presentable again. They’ve always exceeded my expectations when it comes to pampering and making sure that I leave only when my nails are dry. I’ve noticed that at least one man will be in attendance getting his nails done as well and they definitely cater to servicing the metro male as well. Don’t be scared! I love the color selection for shellac nails as well as brands offered. Pamper yourself today!

I don’t recommend this salon. They really do have their way with you. I asked for acrylic and they gave me shalac and by the time I realized they were halfway done with my hand so they finished it. Also they charged me double, told me 15, charged me 30. And they were very rude. I don’t know. Beware the ladies that work here.
