She charged me extra because my nails were “damaged” even though they weren’t broken or chipped. She claims to have better knowledge and can do stuff to help your nails but after 1 week my nails were in the same condition or worse than they would of been if I went to a place that does them for about 30 dollars cheaper.

went here for the first time yesterday because it’s on my way home…i will NEVER go to another salon! I had made an appointment to go after work and ended up being stuck there 20 minutes past my appointment time, unable to call to let her know. I rushed over as soon as I could and Lynn was SO friendly and said no problem! She really rolled out the red carpet just for me- we had great conversation and she taught me a few different fun tricks and tips to keep my nails looking the best for the most amount of time. Each step she explained which I like since I am new to getting my nails done. I got a fill and gel polish and COULD NOT be happier! I can’t stop staring at my nails and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Lynn!!

I was looking for a new local salon. I’d actually made an appt with a different nail spa about a half mile away. I stumbled upon this little gem on the way, but since I’d made an appt at the other salon, decided to go there instead. Service at the other salon was awful so I left and called Elegant. Lynn was friendly, welcoming, and definitely knew her stuff. She fit me right in and the Spa Pedicure was AMAZING. I’ve found a gem in Lynn, and her wonderful shop. I’ll be going back for another service (they offer a full array) next week and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you, Lynn. You earned a loyal client today!!
