I made appointment with lady at front desk (forgot her name). She is possibly the owner. When I went to appointment I set in chair for 45 min without anyone working on my hair. Then finally Tiffany came. She did my color and washed hair. She asked me if I wanted a trim. I told her I wanted a trim but just a little bit off and showed her. And to my surprise when she turned me around I was missing at least 5” of my hair. WTH. I didn’t ask for a haircut and I showed her how much. I had super long hair to my waist and now it’s maybe 2” from my shoulders. I have never had short hair. I can’t even wear it up.

Before I came, I made an appointment by phone with Sandy but unfortunately someone set me up to another person (Dianne). First come, it’s disappointing because of the different price that I asked on the phone and when I paid. About 2-3 days my lashes just falling down a lot, eventhough I used protection to my eyes when I do shower. So, I call them. Thank God, they’re responsible for that so I got my lashes fixed. Dianne is patient and make sure your lashes is beautiful and you’re happy with it.
