Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBeen searching for a great massage spot, and this has been the worst one so far!They have a doorbell outside and after waiting for like 5 mins, I just open the door and the workers there were without customers talking.No kind greeting, instead ask for what I was there for. I explained I called earlier for an apt and all that came out her mouth was “50$”I was confused for a second but after her repeating the same phrase, I gave her a confused look and opened my wallet to give her the money, before any service made.When she escorted me to the room, she immediately said “ ready?” Without giving me privacy to undress or my change back from the payment. There’s obviously a language barrier with the employees because there had to be some back and forth for her to step out for a second and let me just chill instead of her all over me. After all, I had another person do the massage and I had hoped it would’ve made a better experience but she was not good at all, and it was even more of a turn off when she came up to my ear and said “tip?”. Like really? Asking for tip when you shouldn’t expect it like that and when I’m obviously still undressed and not near my belongings.
