Horrible experience, I usually get good massage here. This time the masseuse was either new or not well trained. I waited for 15-20 mins and couldn’t tolerate how bad massage it was. I called the receptionist and provided the feedback, and instead of solving the problem she started arguing and telling how good the masseuse is, and said that she can replace with someone else but the only time that was left. After she called her manager and wasted another 15 mins talking, she sent another masseuse who provided massage for 10 mins and said done. Never coming here again.

I am utterly disappointed. I had been coming here for a long time and as usual, I called for my appointment, asking for the 8pm slot. They asked me to go at 7:30pm instead to help them with their schedule and I rushed to make it. Once I got there, I was told that they don’t have anyone for me and I need to either leave or wait. No other offer of mitigating the situation. Unacceptable behavior, especially towards a repeat customer.

Went for a 60 min Aromatherapy massage but got only 45-50min session. Was told credit card charge additional $2 bucks so I paid cash. Didn’t get any receipt and by end of the session.. the masseuse asked for tips to pay her directly…and so I gave it to her. overall the session was fine except it was cut short so I probably won’t return just because I felt that the way they run the business is a little dishonest.

Don’t go to this place, I went to do massage and the girl who was massaging me doesn’t know anything about it. I was asking her to be careful on my neck and she didn’t listen to me. So i had to stop that because my neck was really hurt and I went to the hospital.
