Easy to get an appointment. Katherine is very professional and friendly. On my first appointment she explained everything and answered my questions. I’ve had several appointments since because as she explained initially, treatment usually takes at least 12 months.

Tina is the only person I trust with my face. I’ve had probably somewhere around 10 hours on my face and can say the difference is amazing. My advice to anyone trying to make the decision between electrolysis and laser is that slow and steady really does win the race. You won’t see your face completely hairless the first appointment, but if you stick with it and are consistent you’ll have amazing results.

Unfortunately, this clinic is way over priced and their methods are less than effective. I have PCOS and deal with unwanted facial hair. The ladies here only target 10 hairs per hour session and the electrolysis didn’t take. They also didn’t explain any part of the process and didn’t seem concerned with noticeable skin irritation. At that rate, it would have taken years and years to see results and my skin could’ve been ruined. Save your money and find people who are dedicated and aren’t just after your money.
