Electric Tan

Critical: ValueI normally don’t leave reviews and hardly ever complain but yesterday I went into electric tan on saratoga (and I’m not saying all electric tans are bad ) but I just had a bad experience. I paid $43 for a venetian tan with the after bronzer spray around 745/8pm. When I was done I didn’t really see any difference but the girl assured me that by morning I would look like an “tan goddess” lol. So I get up today & Only the front of my entire body was sprayed. I felt spray hit my back but it must have just been the after spray. I don’t get spray tans often, I don’t know. No big deal! Sometimes machines mess up. So Today after work, I stopped back in, and showed one of the staff how big of a difference there was. you could clearly see a line from my front were I was tanned compared to my back. She agreed. So she ended up calling her manager and she recommend that I go exfoliate the front off and come back to respray. I paid $6 more for a exfoliating glove that would help take off my tan. All within one hour mind you because I worked all day and they close at 9. I come back and get completely naked and go to re-tan and nothing comes out the spray front or back!!!! So I had to get redressed and get the girl again and at this point I just don’t even want my tan anymore the only reason I was persistent was because I have an event tomorrow Out of town. So the girl switches my Venetian tan to a bronze tan figuring that was the issue right? So it works!!! I finally spray and it’s so uneven and you can clearly still see the line ..I was so upset about the whole thing but wasn’t rude because I know it wasn’t the girls fault, but the girl could tell I was over the whole thing and I told her I’m going out of town tomorrow is there anyway we can do a handheld before I leave in the morning? The manager just said I would have to pay all over for the hand held. That’s not what upset me, I would’ve done anything to not look ridiculous at that point. She didn’t apologize for it not working for me to begin with, didn’t care about my experience at all, she was just worried about the money. The girl, madison that helped me was so sweet so that made my experience a little better.
