Hello everyone. I have been coming here for about a year and a half and I love it! From the time that I started as a new customer I was treated with respect and friendliness. Till now where I have now gotten to know them and the girls are just great to me. I’m greeted with a smile and I’m asked how I’m doing. The prices are unmatched in my opinion when it comes to packages. You won’t find anything better when it comes to pricing. The bulbs are replaced as needed so your tan will always look amazing. I get so many compliments at my job . May helps me with anything I need. May and Janelle are so nice and sweet. The lotions are also bomb they have a great selection to choose from. I would also just like to say that if you read reviews (and depend on them to make a decision) just come in for yourself just once. So you can see for yourself what the place is like.

Best tanning beds ever. You will look like you were on vacation after just 4 visits! Great lotions too. Their prices are lower than any other salons as well. Management is second to none. May is incredible. I hear how nasty people treat her but they’re people who have issues and nothing will ever make those unreasonable folks happy. May handles them with class and grace. I will never tan anywhere else! Thanks, Electric Beach!

She said they didn’t seem like they wanted to do their job and she felt like they didn’t want her there! First of I just want to say May is absolutely amazing. That fact that everyone is bassing her on these reviews makes me sick. Unfortunately when you don’t follow the rules and decide as a grown woman that your going to pee in a trash can then yeah your going to be told you can’t return to the salon. Clearly you have 0 respect for the salon, May, and obviously yourself.I don’t see how that’s her fault. She’s been nothing but amazing since day one. I’ve been tanning here since 2019 and I won’t go anywhere else. May just know your appreciated.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going here for years and sadly I won’t be returning. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. She openly talks poorly about the patrons who tan there. She has posted tacky notes all over the facility and won’t let anyone use the bathroom. The place is dirty and run down. And all though there is a note on the door that states the last tan is 15 mins before they close, she locks the place down a half hour before. She has posted tacky notes all over the facility and won’t let anyone use the bathroom. The place is dirty and run down. I just love love love this place!! The very Best tanning salon I have ever gone too!! Very clean, sanitized, awesome beds!! The very best tans!! the scent of walking into a beautiful tropical beach!! This place has gone down hill big time over the last few years. The lady at front desk with the clorox bleached blonde hair is extremely rude. Beds are always going out. Look further if you are looking for a good customer service experience as well as a good tanning experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY
