Since the owners have replied in question if I cut these nails or they broke no this is the nails that they gave me. What I asked for…..vs… what I got. I’m sorry to leave a bad review but please do better. This was and is not okay – but I appreciate the work none the less. Will never return sadly because my first impression was so bad. Everyone is friendly and professional… but this quality is not okay. It’s awful. Please do better for the next person.

wanted to get my nails done and left this place really disappointed…the nail shape on my thumbs don’t even match they’re all different lengths. when she tried doing the french on the other hand it was so uneven that i just told her to paint the whole nail because she couldn’t fix it. you can see she didn’t even do a good job at painting my nails it’s so bad. someone else was complaining as they were leaving right before i sat down.. i should’ve taken that as a sign but didn’t because i wanted my nails done. i’m usually not a picky person but these are just plain bad!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the MESSIEST gel polish I have EVER gotten! I only got gel POLISH, not even a manicure/pedicure, just polish and it was $50 and turned out VERY MESSY-LOOKING. He wasn’t even sure what amount to say when I asked how much my total was. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI decided to stop in to get my gel nail polish removed and to get a regular manicure. The lady who did my nails was extremely rough with my nails I feel like the integrity of my nails are damaged with the drill bit that she used. She did the messiest paintjob and at one point I called somebody else over to fix them. I was told by another employee that she had to finish them and I kept repeating myself that I would like another employee to repaint them since she did such a horrible job. I felt like she didn’t care about the service she was giving. I had leftover gel on my nail and let her know and she grabbed my hand and started removing them once again. It was blatantly obvious that there was still leftover gel. I just don’t understand how unprofessional a nail salon can be. I’m in the Navy and I told her that because they supposedly give discounts and she was muttering that it’s the same price. I am extremely disappointed with my manicure and the service that they provided I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I go here nearly everytime I need my nails done for the convenience of it being in the mall. I have never seen any of the same people working here before. So getting someone good is up in the air. Most of the time I get a lady. I am currently with a lady now and I’m not to pleased w her atm as this is the most painful ful pedicure I have ever recoeved at any place ever but hey shes getting there down and dirty w this places $1 tool items. So i suppose she is doing a good job lol they are quick and thats what I am about so guess I give this place a 1 for comforts a 1 for luxouriousness and a 4 in speed but decent work a 1 on pricing as it should not cost the same as a more luxorious nice establishment

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Just don’t . Believe the reviews … it’s dirty , they do what they want even when you tell them what you want . I got a manicure and the water they gave me had particles floating around when I spoke up they had a attitude.

There was another lady doing pedicures, all she had left to do was put on the nail polish on my toes. Another client walks in and she takes them knowing I was already waiting and only got a pedicure because she was with someone else to begin with.
