I made an appointment for a haircut, I showed up early and waited for over 20 min past my appointment time. I even asked if anyone else could cut my hair. I was completely blown off. They apologized but did nothing to make an effort to get me a haircut. I’m very disappointed because they give great cuts. Now I have to find another shop. Bummer!

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Mike (my barber) is always a pleasure to talk and always does remarkable work. The entire staff there is always very friendly, welcoming, and always go out of there way to make sure you are completely satisfied. This place has been open for a long time and for good reason. The experience shows in both there professionalism and their quality of work. It’s certainly one of my all time favorite local businesses in Tucson. Exceptional customer service with a large returning customer base. Highly recommended.

I am on my eternal quest to find the perfect barber shop. This place is okay, but isn’t great. I had to remind the barber a couple of times to detail put a line into my beard and still did not do a great job. I don’t know if he was just phoning it in or he wasn’t able to see very well (older fellow) but he definitely is not at the top of his game. It’s a good place for a basic haircut, but that’s about it.
