This was my first time taking my daughter to get a wash and hair masque treatment a blowout and wrap. I like how they used my Cantu products that I brought with us, but my daughter had just taken out her braids that she had for 2 months the night before and I only gently picked out the lint that built up for the time she had it braided but i did not comb it out. I told them that and asked them to detangle it first and be gentle, but I feel like she was combing it too rough and she lost soooo much hair. The hair came out really nice but I wish she didn’t have to lose so much hair. Next time I’m going to detangle it myself before I take her to get it done.

Terrible experience! And ended up with extremely damaged hair. I came here with my sister for a blow out, trim and flat iron on 4c hair. The lady was so rude to us, harsh in combing out the hair, when we complained it hurt and pleaded with her to be gentle her reply was “its not my fault that you have this coarse texture just keep still. is it your first time coming to a saloon?” i don’t even know why we still stayed after this rudeness. Now both my sister and i have extremely heat damaged and broken hair. It’s like they just don’t know how to handle 4c hair or the lady who attended to us was particularly rude and didn’t know how to handle 4C hair

Quick, and excellent service. Went in for wash and blow out. My hair is natural and my hair came out straight and almost 2 weeks later, is still straight and manageable. The cost was great as well as I have been charged extra at other establishments because my hair was natural. Love it here. Will definitely return.

She took procedures with Covid safety as well. She worked one client at a time and had others spread apart. Most salons will try to work on multiple people at once. My hair is thick, but soft and there’s a lot of it. She was patient with it. I had attempted to color my hair before I got there and she told me the pros and cons of what I did. She educated me on why my ends became brittle.
