We offer manual therapies designed to correct hyperactive muscles (i.e. knotted muscles) and restore more normal and less painful movement both during use and at rest. We strive to address pain conditions related to decreased muscle and soft tissue (including fascial tissue) and work to re-establish more balance to the body especially in movement by treating and restoring those tissues to a more functional length. This usually results in immediate and significant pain reduction by targeting the primary source of the pain and not wasting treatment time/approaches chasing the symptoms. Thus, we strive for a more effective and longer lasting treatment by not just merely treating symptoms.

George is the best! I drive 5 1/2 hours for his therapy and its worth every penny. He has has done wonders in helping me manage pain. I have found so much healing in his therapy and for the first time in my life pain free. Only regret is that I have not found him years ago because I went all these years (over 15 years) suffering with pain which could have been prevented had I known of George and his miracle healing hands. He is amazing! He really knows what he is doing. I have been to over a dozen of chiropractors and massage therapist and have not had the lasting results that I experienced with George.

George is more than a massage therapist, he comes from an extensive background of Occupational Therapy and applies his knowledge to your personal needs. I’ve never had a more professional and knowledgeable service (relaxing too, of course!) My mom lives in So. California and has had debilitating sciatic pain for 2 years. George is a top notch therapist with extensive knowledge and expertise to focus on the problem areas while explaining why the pain is there and how the muscles and nerves are connected. Years of chiropractor visits yielded no real relief, just multiple visits and sometimes painful adjustments. Effective Pain Release is a better option. The insurance may not cover it, but a regular schedule of therapy is actually less expensive. Adding to all that, George is friendly and fun to talk to. I highly recommend Effective pain Release.

The staff at Effective Pain Release Massage are wonderful. Audrey the office manager is very knowledgeable letting you know what to expect, and helpful with choosing products that can assist with alleviating pain. My massage with George was unlike any I have ever had, it was truly therapeutic. One of the things I appreciated most was the time he spent listening to me both before the massage and after, making sure that he was able to help. After your time spent, you can tell that George has a great knowledge of the human body, and truly has a desire to help people in pain. I was in severe pain when I came to Effective Pain Release but felt 100% better when I left! George was so knowledgeable and explained everything he did. He could feel every spot that hurt before I ever said a word. He also told me what I can do at home to manage muscle pain. George also takes care to make everyone feel comfortable, allowing a friend or spouse to come in the massage room with you if you like.

I couldn’t sleep, breathing was painful even. I had seen a chiropractor for an adjustment and did nothing. After suffering for almost 2 weeks with no relief I finally discovered George. He was amazing. The environment was professional and calming. I had so many knots and inflammation throughout my entire back by the time I saw him. He immediately eliminated all of the tension throughout my back. He told me the one spot that was so bad would need a second treatment. I am scheduled to go this week for the second. But, it is unbelievable how I feel now. I’m still a little stiff waking but that passes within the hour. I am completely sold on George so much so I scheduled an appointment for my husband to help with a problem he has been having with his hip. Definitely the most effective pain relief! George is very knowledgeable in what he does. I never knew what a real deep tissue massage could do for the body! I haven’t experienced this range of motion and balance in my body in years. Pain relief without the pills and heating pad is definitely something I can get used to. The results are long lasting and extremely noticeable. Once you experience it you can’t go without it!
