Will never go back again Lio has terrible customer service he used to be nice before he had any clients now that he does he thinks he’s some big deal he needs to humble himself he needs his clients they don’t need him many barbershops around. Used to come here all the time and told my family also. Will never go back again Lio has terrible customer service he used to be nice before he had any clients now that he does he thinks he’s some big deal he needs to humble himself he needs his clients they don’t need him many barbershops around. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCalled last minute late in the day and they were able to get me in. When I arrived the shop was clean and busy. Plenty of room to wait for the appointment. I was promptly seen by Kalvin. He was attentive and friendly. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how clean and organized his work station was. He is someone that pays attention to detail and takes pride in his craft. I asked for a cut and beard trim/line up. The service and cut were great. He did an excellent job and went the extra mile all the way around to ensure I was pleased and relaxed when I left. Called last minute late in the day and they were able to get me in. When I arrived the shop was clean and busy. Plenty of room to wait for the appointment. I was promptly seen by Kalvin.
