I would have given this a five star. The pedicure was great the massage chair was wonderful too. I feel like I was tricked into paying a higher price. When I made the appointment I asked how much for a basic pedicure. I was told $25. When I checked out I was then told $35. I had no idea that when he showed me the list of scrubs and lotions to choose from I was signing up for a more expensive pedicure. He did not explain that to me. When I tried to dispute it he didn’t care. Just smiled and said I had to pay $35. I will never go back!!

My nails naturally go up and I always hated that but this place did a very good job keeping them down and not looking terrible and I loved them thanks to the nail tech lady ❤️ Also they did my toes very good cause when I get them done I put acrylic on my big toes and they did a very good job on that too definitely recommend this place ✨Love how they did my nails !! Just visited after recommendation from friend and neighbor as Polish is on the east edge of South Gate where we live. Full suite of services offered. Super lux massage chairs easily adjusted to my short size and even have an arm massage feature that I really enjoyed. Lovely neutral colors are relaxing. Clean, organized and efficient. Only one tv so not too distracting. Appreciated the natural light from skylights.

Please do not go here. They overcharge and never explain the prices, you get told one price and get charged another. I also asked for them to file down one of my acrylics more because it was uneven and they ignored me. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Have given this place multiple chances but they constantly disappoint. Save your money, go literally anywhere else.

Went to Polish today for a back waxing. My staff person was a lady whose name is My Le. She is very professional, conversational, funny and efficient. Obviously extremely experienced! The Spa is clean and inviting. You’ll like it!
