I’ve been coming to this salon for 10+ years and every experience has been so positive! I’ve loved it even more since new ownership with Ambris. The atmosphere is fun, professional, and relaxing. My stylist (Sasha) who I’ve seen the past couple of years is amazing! She does a throughout consultation with you, making sure you’re both on the same page with what you want. She also gives your price in the beginning so there are so surprises in the end! Love that! I’ve never been more in love with my hair since coming to her, she does an amazing job! I can’t say enough wonderful things about eclectic color!

Love this salon! Ambris the owner and Giana have both done my hair and they are always amazing. They take the time to talk to me about what I would like and explain things if I don’t understand. I’m very particular about my hair and I’ve never left disappointed. I’ve been back several times and will most certainly be back again.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have never been so disappointed. Ordered hair extensions that were not close to my hair color. They apologized and agreed they were totally different than the swatch. They rescheduled me really far out to have everything done. I would have expected they did a color and extensions. Well they only booked me to put in extensions, no color. I had to get color done, or I’d have to go back in two weeks to have color and extensions and pay double. I am now refunded for my extensions, and my hair extensions aren’t done for two major events where there will be pictures for a lifetime.. don’t bother booking. Ladies beware of pricing. I have been going to Colorific for at least 12 years. Today was the worst experience I ever had. I did not go to my regular stylist(huge mistake). I rescheduled because I had an unexpected event o attend. I wanted roots touched up and HAIR CUT. The stylist suggested I go lighter next time so my grays wouldn’t show through so quickly, maybe do next time. She did my roots and when she was cutting hair I questioned the fact the sides were still bulky, she said she wasn” t done and didn’t do bangs. She finished the cut. I paid and left. After I left I looked back on previous charges for same service and when hair was dry not happy with the cut because sides were still bulky. I called to question amount and state not satisfied with cut.-she stated the stylist i had was more expensive, i said i wish i was told that because i would have had someone else. Girl was nice and said someone would call me back.i didn’t write down name called back and after on hold for over 5 minutes got disconnected. The stylist called back and in a very unprofessional way said she had given me a consultation (I guess telling me to go lighter) and she felt I was satisfied. She went on to say she was a single mom and on a budget(aren’t we all on a budget ). I would have been happy with getting my hair fixed. She got so rude and hung up on me. Now I want all my money back. You don’t treat people that way. I did get a call that they would refund $10. Not good enough. Let’s see if they do the right thing. ONCE AGAIN BEWARE DIFFERENT STYLIST CHARGE MORE FOR SAME SERVICE. AND NOT EVEN ANY BETTER MAYBE WORSE THAN REGULAR STYLIST. I’ll repost outcome.

Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI love this place. They take the time to get your style done right, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. They taught me a few tricks on how to style my hair as I’m not great with being a girl, lol. Everyone is trendy and knows exactly what I want without me knowing how to verbalize it. Will def keep coming back.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityTerrible place for scheduling. This is the THIRD bad experience I had. Once being for my gender reveal party, when I went to get styled the lady sprayed me in the eye with hair spray. Then today. After making two appointments with a hair stylist, they scheduled me in for today at 3 pm. I asked if that was enough time for a cut, dye, and style and they ASSURED ME it was. I informed the lady on the phone I believed it was going to take 3-4 hours, but she said that was not an issue. I went in and they looked at my hair, said it wasnt light enough, and when I said they could lighten it, they said they didnt have enough time. Mind you I drove all the way from marseilles to be here, informed them of what I wanted done, and even asked them if they were sure they had enough time due to my crazy schedule with a newborn.I asked them to get with the person they made the appointment with, and they said they had no way of telling.Terrible place for scheduling. I then tried numerous hairdressers in the area, but didn’t find someone I loved until I started seeing Shari at Colorific, which I believe is soon going to be called Ecclectic Color. New name is Eclectic Salon. Sign is easy to miss and doesn’t stand out. It was lost behind a tree. A la carte services at this salon. Professional atmosphere. Prices are on the upper end ($30.00 for a trim). My hair is above the shoulders. I got a hi light, toner, conditioning, cut for $145 and gave a $15.00 tip. I liked her work and rescheduled with same hair stylist.
