We are really happy with our trip to Crystal Nails. The owners are so friendly and the shop is sparkling clean. It does have a bit of the typical “nail shop” smell but they do a good job at keeping the air flowing and the smell down so it’s really not overwhelming as some nail shops are known to be. Lots of options and nail colors for days. The owner was really patient with my daughter and answered all of her questions. No pressure for any certain type of service. And the quality of work was great. We will definitely return!

I am from Memphis Tennessee and was visiting my son and his fiancé. We went to Crystal nails. I called On Tuesday for an appointment on Thursday. I expressed to them that I wanted a manicure and a pedicure. My son’s fiancé was expecting a pedicure. We signed in as requested. We had never visited the shop before. People were very rude and said that we did not request the services. Obviously they were not listening. They told us that they could not perform the services because it would delay other patrons. I cannot believe how rude they were. If I had gone in with all my make up and hair done and dressed a little differently they would have paid attention. I am a retired nurse and I am a custom to paying $130 including tip for a pedicure and a manicure in Memphis Tennessee. I can’t believe how these people acted in a little Podunk town and they only had two customers in there and one came after us. In addition they reprimanded us for touching their nail polish bottles and asking us to put them back in the same place. I have never been accustomed to that. They only want you to look at the sample nail polish on the chart. The nail salons that I am accustomed to,try help you to decide the shade. So I Venture to say they lost about $160 maybe $180 in revenue. I have never met such rude people.No wonder, they’re salon wasn’t full. Needless to say, we left immediately and vowed to never return.

I have never had them answer the phone to get an appointment. Very nice and quick service. Like to up sale on services usually disappointed if you don’t agree. Seem to specialize in dip acrylics. Not really happy with the basic acrylics I got. Will likely go back to Nina’s.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and my daughter. The workers were edgy and smart when we asked for assistance picking out colors. I told them they were being rude and we would go elsewhere and was told “you should appreciate that we scheduled you an appointment.”… ummm ok??? I didn’t schedule the rudeness!

Ms. Kim & her husband are the sweetest people. Both will give you great service & are incredibly hard working. I love how they operate mainly by appointment only (however they are able to sometimes accommodate walk-ins), so they can truly take their time with you. I’ve been going to them for years now. Best place to go for nail services!

Critical: ProfessionalismThe rudest people I have ever talked to in regards to nails. My sister was wanting a certain look for her nail she was comparing it to my daughters nails, the nail looked like it had an ombré effect with the glitter we did not say it was ombré she continued to tell me that’s not what she asked for. I said I know that’s not what she asked for her nails look great it just looks like there is more glitter at the base and it fans out she continued to argue with me. I wasn’t even trying to argue I was telling her what it looked like to us and that’s the affect my sister wanted. She continued to tell my sister and I that that is not what it was and we agreed we just wanted it to have that affect.
