I’m astounded by the amount of glowing reviews on this practice and unfortunately cannot give the same feedback. I started experiencing very sudden & significant hair loss immediately following a professional color treatment in late September. While it is possible that the color treatment was not the actual culprit, I did experience very similar symptoms (but to a much lesser degree) in May following my 1st color treatment in over a decade. The resident doctor I saw at Eastside was very dismissive of my history and immediately put me into the TE after covid 19 bucket. The evaluation of my scalp was a joke (lasted seconds) her response & recommendations were as follows:”you have to just let it run its course, but dont worry you won’t go bald”, “you can take x, y, z supplements” (all overpriced vitamins being pushed on social media with no real clinical value), “well if you think it was the color you probably shouldn’t get your hair dyed again” and “you could try rogain if you want” (which is not something to be suggested so casually as that has its own set my side effects. While this doctor may be right in her diagnosis her superficial examination, lack of interest, advice, and delivery were all extremely poor. I will not go back to this office nor suggest it to any friends or family and I strongly urge any women who are experiencing similar symptoms to seek another practice who hopefully has doctors who show more interest and care.

The parking is a bit tight. But they are quick and efficient at moving appointments through without making you feel rushed. The physicians (Dr. Philipof and Dr. Manz-Dulac) were efficient and knowledgeable in their field.I am very happy with this dermatology office.

I’ve had multiple visits at this place and each time I made sure I was all paid up and didn’t owe them anything. Then about a month ago I had a very expensive surgery which has left me completely broke. SURPRISE! I get an email from this clinic telling me about a massive balance I owe them that they chose not to collect from me 2 months ago when I was standing right in front of them waving my money in the air asking if they were absolutely sure I didn’t owe them anything.
