I did my lashes here on Dec. 30 in the afternoon and then Dec.31 in the morning it was gone. They ruined my birthday. They didn’t try to fix it or anything. I usually have such a good experience but I showed them a picture of what I wanted and have had before (so I know the design is possible). The gentleman had me wash my hands and the paint wasn’t dry. He had to retouch them and still bad. Couldn’t even get straight lines. At least they didn’t cut me but, not worth it. Go somewhere else lol

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve experienced having to go back to fix issues too many times and this is getting so frustrating. This was a simple gel manicure. It’s messy and uneven, not to mention the “matching” set one my toes are two completely different colors.I have yet to go to this place and not have someone cut me. Friendly but my nails look too fake. I get Next-gen nails because of the natural look but this was first visit to this salon and will be last. He has my nails thicker than it would be if I’d done tips…I have beautiful natural nails but wanted to add the color and strength of Next-gen. Wasn’t anything like that….

I came to get my nails done for my birthday and showed the guy the picture of what I wanted and he recreated it better than that picture.
