Critical: QualitySteam room Spa was too hot to enjoy as well as dry sauna was too hot to sit longer then 2-3 minutes. Steam room Spa was too hot to enjoy as well as dry sauna was too hot to sit longer then 2-3 minutes. They offerd me a toothbrush that was placed directly on the counter where people sign for entry / payment but the worst is that They had communal bars of soap to wash your body (disgusting!!!!!)

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismLady at the front counter is extremely rude.I called ahead to see if they were open.I lady said yes.When I arrived there and tried to enter.She said I needed a vaccine card.She should have told me that over the phone.I could of brought it.
