I went to get my haircut at this establishment and I’m very disappointed in this place. I chose them because they got such good reviews. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted, then she proceeded to ask another employee how and what to do to start the cut. With every step she had to ask someone for help. I should have gotten up and walked out right then but I didn’t. The cut looks nothing like what I wanted. Then she’s asked me if I wanted her to style it. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do when a customer comes in for a hair cut?? All she did was run a hot iron over my hair. How is that styling it?? It was already straight, the hot iron did nothing to it. Then she charged me $45. No wash, no blow dry. I was SHOCKED. I could have done what she did to my hair at home and saved the $$. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Too bad there’s no negative star to be given, this place is a joke

Highly recommend this place, my hair need to be brought back to life not to mention the color correction i needed, i was turned down by almost all the high desert salons because they did not feel like my hair was something they could fix, but the owner here made a miracle happen not to mention while i was sitting under the dryer she was cleaning and constantly organizing, didnt see anyone on there phones, the environment was relaxing and good vibes, so if anyone is looking for a great experience i recommend setting up an appointment here, 10/10 cleanliness & sanitation, 10/10 customer service, 10/10 satisfied customer,

Finally found a color expert that understands what I have been asking for for so many years. I love my color and cut! While waiting for my color process I over heard 2 other customers say the exact same thing! One drives from Temecula so she gets exactly what she wants in color, cut and style. On Saturday men can walk in for cuts. They have added 2 new massaging pedicure loungers as a start. Look them up. Earl Knight Salon in Phelan has it all.

There was hair from previous person all over seat and floor didn’t even care to clean up before I sat down didn’t get what I asked and when I asked for a beard trim they said they don’t do beard trims overall worst haircut I’ve gotten would be better to drive to Victorville for a haircut horrible service!!!!

Quoted me 35 on the phone, overcharged me an extra 10 for a haircut. The girl who did my hair did a horrible horrible job. She actually made it look worse than what it looked like when I walked in there. Had to go to a different salon the next day to have someone who knew what they were doing fix it. Twice now I’ve given the salon my business and twice they have royally jacked up my hair. Won’t make that mistake again.
