Place is so filthy , The man is rude. I was a walk in and his attitude was not professional at ALL! I was attended by the woman and i had showed her what i wanted. when she got to the painting part she gave me something completely different and i told her i wanted it the way i showed her and rolled her eyes and did what i “wanted” , she insisted in changing it and made it look worse , it was $60 and i was charged $70 at the counter . Very disappointed

I went in for a pedicure and the lady asked me if I wanted to wax my eyebrows I thought about it because I like a more natural look and no offense but most salon leave you with a thin strip of hair. I said yes because I have an event tonight and wanted to look good. I showed her 2 pictures of my own eyebrows done and explained to her how I like them to look…….. I walked out with the thinnest eyes ever she didn’t listen to anything I told her or even showed her… I’m so upset no wonder they had very low business that should haven’t been a red flag. DO NOT LET THEM WAX YOUR EYEBROWS!!! Unless you like a paper thin look

Called for appointment asked for dip nails and pedicure. Get there and halfway through pedicure was told they don’t do dip powder only acrylic. I always get design on big toe and nails, was told they don’t do design. Pedicure was nice but had to go across to another nail salon to get dip powder nails and toes polished for design. Will never return here because they do not offer the services I use.

I got my manicure done here yesterday and the nail technician insisted I get acrylic nail paint done and I woke up this morning to find the paint chipped and broken on two of my fingers . Over-priced for the service provided. Would not recommend at all

I should have listened to reviews. I wanted to walk out 2 minutes after we walked in and the owner wife had a fit because my 7 year old tapped on fish tank. They need to put a sign for kids to know not to do that. We don’t own a fish tank so she had no idea. Second the husband seemed to angry I didn’t know at what. I asked my daughter if she wanted to go somewhere else because of the bad energy they both were giving off. Fast forward he ended doing my daughters nails. He should not be working on kids… He did mine was so rough and just pushing my hands. I never in my life dealt with such arrogant people.

One of the male workers is extremely rude and does not have a good sense of customer service. He was offended that I did not want to sit my purse on the floor. When I asked him to pull over a chair, he told me to get it myself … mind you, my feet were in water. Also, there was no one using ANY of the other chairs, as there were only myself and 2 other customer present. I took MY feet out of the water and prepared to leave. No one has to put up with disrespect AND sub-par service. Heck, nail salons are a dime-A-dozen … there’s one on every corner.

Walked in today to have some services done. First time here and recently moved in area. Male was very rude and nasty. Was it because I’m African American? Not sure but I walked out. They would never get any of my money. Sad to say this happened but beware. They talk to people any kind of way. Not surprised just disappointed. This business won’t be around much longer due to other nail salons opening in area and they know how to get your money regardless of your skin color.
