I go to a nail salon to get services done but it is also a place I like to go to relax and not be rushed. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been coming here for years. I always request the nail technician Elma, but this time, was very dissappointed by the service. Has recently not been doing my pedicures correctly (getting annoyed for requesting simple fixes) and today topped it off by being very rude to me. I had called ahead of time to to make an appointment with her to get both mani and pedi done. I got there and was told, and I quote, that she “is not obligated to do both services for me, that by taking me she losses great customers.”I will no longer be coming to this establishment due to this experience and also because the prices have increased by a lot! I have been coming here for years. I always request the nail technician Elma, but this time, was very dissappointed by the service. Has recently not been doing my pedicures correctly (getting annoyed for requesting simple fixes) and today topped it off by being very rude to me. I went in e-nail couple of time but this time there was an Spanish lady very rude and bad spoken. I told her please cut down my nails completely but she want to do by her way. They have to know how deal with their costumer. Before I never had this kind of experience. And worst part is the owner didn’t apologize for that.

The worst experience I have ever had. Yelling at customers and making them wait for over and hour!! And than asking you to give extra money for service and arguing how much money you should give. Never coming back Gel manicures

This place is absurd. I came in for a simple gel manicure and they charged me $90! $90!!!!! Are you kidding me? This business price gauges their customers, not to mention that the quality was absolutely HORRIBLE. The nails looked rushed and sloppy, DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give zero stars I would. There are so many other places nearby that have excellent service and charge over half the price! This company should seriously consider lowering their prices and improving their work ethic.

I was there last week getting a gel manicure. While I was there, there was a woman who took her mask off during the entirety of her service at the salon and no one told her to put her mask back on. During this time of COVID-19, especially with how easily it spreads, staff should have said something. I’m not sure how many others are doing the same thing here.

Giving 1 star since i cant give zero. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The nail technicians don’t understand what you are trying to say. I had to repeat myself atleast 5 times each time i said something. I got myself a regular mani pedi and it is the most horrible experience ever. The water for pedicure was so cold and i kept asking her to warm it up but she failed. Then when asked her to remove my ingrown nails she failed and was so rough and hurt me a couple times.I asked another lady to help but she failed too. Then came the owner saying that there is nothing. This is all they can do( i came home and could easily remove it myself). The manicure was just color removal and paint application… no one ever does just this…And the nail polish application on my mani and pedi is worse than a child can do at home. Its blotchy, uneven, split outside…hate it so much. Please do not go here and waste your time and money…horrible staff, horrible service
