Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Dior Nails for i dont even know how many years now – but I love this nail salon – literally no other salon in the area compares. My manicures and pedicures are beautiful and last forever (and if i ever had any doubt – when everything shut down in march – this literally was put to the test with a gel pedi that actually lasted for 2 months and nails that lasted about the same – still looking good and in great condition health wise). Since the business has reopened – everything is very clean and Lori and her husband are always going the extra mile to ensure that i am safe and comfortable. I have been going to Dior Nails for i dont even know how many years now – but I love this nail salon – literally no other salon in the area compares. My manicures and pedicures are beautiful and last forever (and if i ever had any doubt – when everything shut down in march – this literally was put to the test with a gel pedi that actually lasted for 2 months and nails that lasted about the same – still looking good and in great condition health wise). The only place I’ll get acrylic nails done! They do such a good job and they last so long. One time I volunteered somewhere to weed their garden and after a long day of weeding my nails ,which I had gotten done three weeks ago (aside from being grown out), were perfectly intact!

Wouldn’t recommend at all. They left my nail crooked, I told them to fix it before they put on the acrylics on but “they know what they’re doing” so he filed it down ,to the shape, after the acrylic dried. Now I have a crooked nail and it also kind of hurt when they filed it down. Also I’m not talking about the buffing machine they have. If I could I would give them -2 stars. Overall, they treated me with such disrespect and even mocked me. I tried telling him that what he was doing wasn’t what I wanted but he insisted he knew what he was doing but my nails were so crooked that they might as well been done sideways. Finally, I recommend go to going to Lotus nails I’ve been there before and personally I like it way better.

I have never in my life gotten such a good and long lasting manicure. My technician was Linda, and she promised it would last three weeks. I thought to myself I will believe that when I see it. Well, the picture of the french manicure I uploaded is three weeks later. It looks better than most other places on day one! I highly recommend this salon, and definitely ask for Linda! She is very attentive and kind, and really does an excellent, excellent job. Thank you, Linda!

What a pleasant surprise. Spa pedicure worth every penny. Leigh was my technician and provided the most relaxing experience. I work on my feet and she did my callus removal without making me feel gross. I know I didn’t go in with beautiful feet, but I sure left with gorgeous feet.

Overall, it was a good experience. The salon was the cleanest that I’ve seen in Flemington, and in the 16 years I’ve been in the area, I’ve been to a few. All of the technicians were nice, and the customers that were there (it was 9:30 am on a Saturday) were friendly; it led to a lively and upbeat environment. The rates are OK. I upgraded to a Spa Manicure, which cost $40. I was in the chair being serviced for just under an hour, so it was worth it to me. The only thing I didn’t like is that there was a woman (owner/co-owner, maybe?) walking around swatting and killing flies that had come in from the opened door. One of the ones she got landed right next to me on my armrest. I understand the need, but close the front door and do the swatting away from customers.

First time I came to this place my friend brought me and it was an amazing experience and cheap. 2nd time I came back I got a guy who sits at the end of the nail stations. He was rude and extremely rough with my hands, after asking him to do something he said “dont worry, I know what I’m doing.” Ok so I let him proceed and he did a horrible job. But again only $30. I just left there today and they had the audacity to try and charge me $80 for gel and reg pedicure with no polish. So that’s a $50 price jump from last time.? These people are thieves that try and price goug you if your not one of their “regulars” just do yourself a favor and go to another place or just say screw it and go all natural and stop throwing money away on these people who dont know how to do what their paid to do, for a profession they chose.

Went there to get my face waxed. Simple task right? I have very sensitive skin and I told the lady who did it. So instead of putting the wax remover gel on first then the cooling cream she puts oil on my face…..this whole recent week I was itching so bad on my face and lots of little bumps I never had before… So it comes Time to pay and they CLEARLY have a credit card machine and they were telling me that they don’t have a chip reader..fine.whatever. But the card in had was still able to swipe…. But they were telling me that it wasn’t swiping…..okaayyy…so they tell me to go to the ATM next door and get cash…….very greedy of them….. not to mention I am a licensed cosmetologist! I know how the procedure goes!
