Positive: ValueGiving 4 stars only because I wanted a full set gel ombre and they only offer it with acrylic. My nail tech name is Gold and he was awesome. I brought a pic of what I wanted and he did it amazing. Quick, right under an hour, full set. Got that, ombre with designs, and my eyebrows waxed for $64 on a Sunday. Not bad. I will be back! Giving 4 stars only because I wanted a full set gel ombre and they only offer it with acrylic. My nail tech name is Gold and he was awesome. I brought a pic of what I wanted and he did it amazing. Quick, right under an hour, full set. Got that, ombre with designs, and my eyebrows waxed for $64 on a Sunday. Not bad. I will be back! Going to try and add a pic.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve given this place too many chances. Every time I go, I am unhappy, I end up feeling like a burden, and feeling like I was mistreated and not taken care of correctly in the process. The staff is so rude, they lack empathy, and just basic people skills. This last time I went in I was really hoping to relax and have some quality mother-daughter bonding with my kid… everything felt like it was too much for the staff to handle and the volume of clients was actually surprisingly low this day. I walked in and said I wanted both our nails done, pedi’s for both of us, and eyebrow wax just for me. They didn’t even sit us together which defeated the purpose of the mother-daughter bonding experience even though all the seats were open. They “forgot” about my daughters pedicure and jumped right to painting her toe nails. I tried to tell them before they got too far in painting her toes (they were about 2 toes in on the first foot) the lady ignored me until I insisted “hello!?! My daughters pedicure?” And then she responded with, “oh well, he already started painting her toes.” So I had to settle for that. She finished my nails, after needing extensive coaching on how to place some autumn nail art, and I told her right off the bat, “I will still like a pedicure” at which she seemed displeased, which I don’t understand why if I’m paying full price for the services that they offer. The only reason I continued to go there is because Mum is so good at doing eyebrows, usually, but when I requested her for my eyebrows I got an attitude and she did do my eyebrows only to find that she rushed through them and I had to come home and touch them up, it wasn’t just a hair or 2 either. Then you want to hand me a bill for $164 when you didn’t even do everything I had asked for and treated us poorly the whole time. With that being said, this will be my last visit with Dynasty Nails – the quality of their work is not even worth the treatment I’ve received on numerous occasions and I’m finally ready to go somewhere new where the experience of being pampered feels exactly how it should. ✌ Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails, Waxing, PedicureI’ve given this place too many chances. I’ve given this place too many chances. Every time I go, I am unhappy, I end up feeling like a burden, and feeling like I was mistreated and not taken care of correctly in the process. The staff is so rude, they lack empathy, and just basic people skills. I asked him to be gentle he threw his hands up in the air and angrily told me to come back later. I got up to leave and come back later, he locked me in the building. I was scared for my safety.. Critical: QualityI have gone here many times to get my eyebrows done and always had a great experience… until recently.A little over a month ago I went and they were very busy. After getting my eyebrows done and getting back in my car I noticed they were quite uneven but I chalked it up to they were super busy and it was only that once. So after over a month of letting them grow back out so they could be evened out again I went back. I have never been so upset about eyebrows but today when I got into my car I literally cried. After wiping away the pencil she had used to try to hide it all I saw I not only had bald spots that had been so over plucked but that my eyebrows were so completely uneven and differently shaped.This is a place I have recommended to so many people and sadly I can say I never will again, nor will I go back.
