Came in to your shop around 11am July 20th and was insulted as soon as I walked in the door. I have to use a walker and was asked if I could raise it up so it does not contact the floor. That it leaves scratches. I told her I have glide caps on for the very reason. She said still leaves marks , see. I saw no marks. They had this special floor put down and put coins all over it and coated it with a thick clear epoxy. Well you just lost 2 customers and we had already been there several times and nothing was said before. FYI MORONS , a rock stuck in someone’s shoe will do a Hell of a lot more damage than my walker. Needless to say we sure as Hell won’t be back. I just told my son come on let’s leave and walked out leaving the door open.
