It’s been 5 days since I went to this nail salon and my nails are still in a lot of pain. The 2nd nail tech I had aggressively filed my nails to the point the skin around the nail filed became raw and bled. It continues to cause pain to touch.

I have being going to Nail Boutique & Spa since they opened and still to this day will not go anywhere else. Lee & Katie are amazing, and know all their clients. Critical: ProfessionalismI’d like to say as a Professional Business Owner myself, client loyalty is everything and should be honored. I chipped a nail and just needed a quick repair. Katie is my nail tech and her husband is Lee. Lee whom I spoke with was very nasty and rude when calling back for the second day to check on any cancellations. He told me to try somewhere else because they were all booked up. You don’t get so big , to where you tell a Loyal client to go elsewhere for a 5 mins nail repair. Not only did he insult my intelligence, but he also hung up the phone on me. Nobody should be treated like this, especially a loyal client, that not pays but tips very well. This establishment has lost my business and and has received a very poor rating.
