I’ve been going to Dupont Threading for over 6 years now and have visited the Dupont, Columbia Heights, and Eastern Market locations. I only visit Suja for all of my services (eyebrow threading, upper lip threading, and arm waxing). She’s fantastic! Very thorough, patient, and super friendly! She is the only employee who I’ve never been displeased with their work. Suja works at all the locations, but calling in advance about her availability and/or making an appointment has been helpful! Suja is 10/10, highly recommend.

they’ve done a decent job with my brows in the past however my low rating is for the rudeness of the woman working at this location. After paying for my threading one night, she watched and waited to see how much I was going to tip her. Considering they had recently increased the price & that I paid $14 for a service I usually pay $6-10 for (I’m from NY), I left a smaller tip. After handing her back the receipt i said goodnight and thankyou, twice, and she refused to reply or acknowledge me. Of course, noone is required to speak to me but I know her coldness came from my “insufficient tip.” I paid for the service, tips are OPTIONAL. I truly resent being mistreated for my tipping decisions, when I don’t owe anyone additional money. So I’ve found another amazing threading salon nearby, good riddance

Critical: QualityUnfortunately, I did not have as good as an experience as everyone else seems to have had. My eyebrows ended up quite a bit darker than they normally are when I have them tinted (I am blonde so it is pretty striking) . The shape also ended up a bit too thin and less-arched than they were before. Both my boyfriend and my mom burst out laughing when they saw me…. My eyebrows ended up quite a bit darker than they normally are when I have them tinted (I am blonde so it is pretty striking) .
