I’m a guy who had a hair problem for years. I have several cowlicks that make getting a haircut that keeps looking good after a few days very hard. I started going to Dunn Up and Kim sorted out my problem in a couple cuts. Longtime friends and random folks on the street now complement me on my hair. That never happened before. Critical: ProfessionalismWe unfortunately won’t ever be back, my daughter had never been to a hair stylist before and was nervous and scared about getting her hair cut. While none of this was the stylist’s fault, the way she handled the situation it was clear she does not normally deal with cutting children’s hair and I’m not sure why she is offering this service at all. I still paid her for her time even though my daughter didn’t get her hair cut and we all pretty much left in tears. We unfortunately won’t ever be back, my daughter had never been to a hair stylist before and was nervous and scared about getting her hair cut. While none of this was the stylist’s fault, the way she handled the situation it was clear she does not normally deal with cutting children’s hair and I’m not sure why she is offering this service at all.
