Worst blow out by Louis. I went there today and first of all he was 10 min late, and had a very rude persona throughout. He rushed and did a terrible job and at the end I looked at my hair and saw part was curled and part was straight. I told him about it and he said it was basically my fault because I was touching it…. Very silly. Disappointing encounter. Won’t be going back to him

They can’t keep to the schedule, and the girl working the front desk was clueless about how to manage appointments. I was in an hour after my scheduled time…. also, my blow dry was nothing special, especially considering the high price tag. Go elsewhere to a local salon that will be better and cheaper.

I love Drybar! However, this Drybar location is wildly unprofessional. First off, because it is in the same building as Rumble, the sinks to wash your hair are always cold “because they share the water with the Rumble locker rooms and have no control” and have no control over the ice cold water they are washing your hair with. Secondly, this past Friday 10/21/22 the stylist who was washing my hair was discussing with the stylist next to me how they ran out of shampoo and they have to ration it because the books for tomorrow (Saturday) are full and she wouldn’t be surprised if she gets sent to TARGET to pick up more shampoo for the store. I couldn’t believe a DryBar could be running out of shampoo like it’s no big deal and not have proper inventory for the week that they need to buy it at Target. Additionally, this is NOT the type of conversation I want to hear the person I am paying to wash and style my hair to be talking about with her coworker so publicly. Compared to other DryBar locations I have been to, this location is wildly unprofessional each and every time I have gone. That being said, the people are NICE and friendly, but there is no professionalism in the salon, the hot water is a PROBLEM at a hair salon, and not having “DryBar” products is a PROBLEM. At this point I can go to a non-Drybar location to get a better experience. Sorry for the tough review, but after being here several times with the exact same experience, I had to say it.

Literally the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I was on time for my appointment but had to wait for 45 minutes to be attended! The water during my hair wash was switching from boiling hot to crazy cold. They had to wash my hair twice because meanwhile I was waiting to be attended my hair got dried and they had to do everything all over again. The front desk is sassy and rude. Zero understanding of what client service means and how you suppose to talk to clients. After all that nightmare they had courage to ask me how much I want to leave as a tip… No discount or just a common sense apologies. So tired of brands investing into marketing ignoring quality and stuff training. Hope this will come soon to the end in the meantime will NEVER go back to this salon!

Went in for my blow-dry about 25 minutes early. The stylists were kind and took me in early. They offered me refreshments and saw to my needs. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was nice and calm. The actual Salon is beautiful and makes the experience all the more fun. Great, trendy spot for a blow dry.

This is a small location of DryBar; so make sure you are on time for your appt as they likely don’t have as much flexibility as other locations. I really like this location though because of its convenience on the UES. It’s on the top floor of Rumble; and the locker room has lots of DryBar products if you want to shower before your blowout. Had a great blowout here. Also note- they don’t serve alcohol drinks if thats your thing!
