Had a great experience with Hailey at DryBar-Keystone this past week. I had an uptini style done for a work gala. I was immediately offered a beverage upon my arrival, Hailey discussed my needs with me before washing my thick, curly hair. She gave me a great blowout before styling my hair to perfection (it was exactly what I wanted). My hair held wonderfully for my event which was almost 24 hours later. I really enjoyed my time at this Drybar location. I will absolutely return for another blow out.

I definitely do not recommend. The place is nice and so was my girl but my hair looked terrible! This was right after. I ended up washing it and going with a bun for my event. I gave it 2 stars because a girl across from me got a beautiful blow out.

I went here just because I have been really wanting to try it out and I was having an off day. I made an appointment online and I was helped as soon as I got there. The stylist I had was friendly enough, but I don’t think my hair turned out good at all. When he finished it looked fine. Then I got out of my car… waste of money this time. All of the other women there looked beautiful after their appointment. I will try again, hopefully with a different stylist

I signed up for a Barfly membership 2 months ago. Every time I go in they can’t find my account, way to make a member feel special… I have natural curly hair, so my hair tends to hold curl very well. Unfortunately, two blowouts I have received have fallen within an hour. My third time I went for a little braid updo for my elopement. I was in love! I asked to have the same stylist for my special wedding reception day. Upon my appointment, I got someone else, even though the stylist I recommended was there. The stylist that did my hair did an awful job, leaving bobby-pins visible and falling out. The stylist my friend had couldn’t do a braid to save her life. After three attempts, we decided we would go home and redo our hair ourselves.
