Drybar – Cleveland at Legacy Village

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI truly can not say enough good things about my experience at Dry Bar in Cleveland. My mom had a heart attack one year ago resulting in a brain injury that affects her mood, comprehension and personality today. I emailed the salon ahead of time explaining the situation and asking for her to be paired with a stylist who understood her situation and would treat her with empathy and compassion and respect. The next day, I got an email from the owner, Hannah, assuring me that she had read my note on the reservation and that she had the perfect person, Georgie, in mind to take care of my mom. This was unique because I leave notes for reservations frequently (i.e. it’s a special occasion, we need special accommodations, etc.) and almost every time they are never addressed before hand, or even while there. This made me feel so special. On the day of, Georgie was the perfect person for this. She was so cheerful, bubbly and kind. We had just come from a rough time at the nail salon, and being offered champagne right as we walked in turned my day around. Every stylist was so kind and compassionate, Hannah greeted us and introduced herself, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout our experience. My stylist even said that if you wanted Starbucks next door, the staff would be happy to run and get it for you and that it was part of their job description. My hair was exactly what I wanted when I left and stayed perfect for the entire night of the wedding we attended. Wow. I will be sure to stop back at this business every time I come to Cleveland in the future. I truly can not say enough good things about my experience at Dry Bar in Cleveland. My mom had a heart attack one year ago resulting in a brain injury that affects her mood, comprehension and personality today. Was in Ohio visiting a friend and made appointments for blowouts as something fun to do before going out. I was familiar with drybar products but had never been to one of their blowout salons…. I was so happy with my experience and will definitely be back next time i’m in town! The staff was very sweet and accommodating and the stylist who did my hair was great and did exactly what i asked for. My friends stylist did a great job on her hair as well. 10/10. Thank you!
