Absolutely would recommend this salon. I get my nails done here and Lia is amazing. She, without fail, can recreate any nail style I bring to her. The hair ladies are so friendly and I’d only ever let Lily touch my hair she’s so sweet and very talented.

I literally just walked out of My service with Lily and I cannot recommend her enough. I needed a haircut for work and had a vague idea of what I needed and she made me look better than ever. She was so kind and sweet during the service and I had a blast. She made me feel so beautiful and confident. Thank you so much Lily, I cannot wait for my next haircut !

I absolutely do NOT recommend coming here well at least having Renee do it. In the beginning I asked for soft brown hair with some highlights. Very simple. Even showed her pictures. Let her know beforehand that my hair has been dyed dark within the last year. I get there and she said she had to rush because she had to “babysit” she didn’t strip my hair or anything she just put awful disgusting yellow highlights throughout my hair and sent me on my way. They were uneven and ORANGE. I was appalled. Drove 5 hours down there and paid over 200 dollars. So I decided to ask for a refund. So I could go get it fixed somewhere else because it was THAT BAD. She insisted she could fix it and I said sure. I came back and she made it absolutely worse. And then proceeded to be disrespectful and degrading the whole time. Calling me a liar and saying it was MY fault it looked bad. When like I said I informed her how my hair was previously dyed. At the end it was so disgusting and just awful and she demanded to make me pay her more “for product and time” I walked out. Do not go to her unless you genuinely want to be disappointed. HORRIBLE customer service and she flat out stole my money and made my hair horrible. Thank god I was able to fix it at home. 10/10 do not recommend.

I love the cut and my scalp no longer shows. I would have had my hair cut like this years ago, but all my life I have been told “Your hair won’t do that.” Well they were all wrong because Lily DID it! Rene totally transformed my hair. I had frizzy, poofy plain hair all the way down my back. It now has amazing layers, cute and light bangs, just below my shoulders. She gave me amazing tips on how to maintain my type of hair and how to maintain the style I want to achieve. She made the experience so great, so fun. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was the most horrible experience of my life and almost cost me my life!!!Rene was very unprofessional and negligent! A simple hair color has now cost me over $3200.00 dollars!!! $400 for a 2 day process for coloring and $60 tip. And 2 ER visits to treat chemical burns to my scalp and severe allergic reaction that caused my face and scalp to swell grossly to the point I looked unrecognizable. Rene had sent me home with dye dripping down my head to fix a botched dye job she did. Too lazy to stay the extra 20 minutes to rinse it herself and try to correct her mistake. She also knew it would take me hours before I could get home to rinse it. And told me it was as safe as food coloring when I questioned it and it would even be good for the color to set better on my hair.I have since received a very unprofessional text from Rene and putting all the blame on me and guilting me for her no longer having a job there. And upset that I had contacted Kathy the owner when she was not responding to my texts. She also was denying leaving color on for more than 20 minutes.. Not sure if she just forgot …SHE SENT ME HOME WITH DYE ON MY HEAD, KNOWING IT WOULD BE HOURS BEFORE I COULD GET HOME TO RINSE IT..IT HAD BEEN ON ME A LENGTH GREATER THAN 2 HOURS!!! ..Since all this I have learned it was ILLEAGAL for her to send me out of the salon with dye on my head..and s should have also done a skin test days before starting to make sure this wouldn’t of happened in the first place!!!This was the most horrible experience of my life and almost cost me my life!!!Rene was very unprofessional and negligent!
