This place’s waiting line is unpredictable. But if you think you have less than an hour waiting, I recommended you should pay $10 extra for the appt to have the service better. I was there during the week, but the line was still ridiculous. I went to couple places for haircut, but this is the only place charge more for appt. My haircut was fine, not extremely fabulous -but still turned out great. They used to shape neck and forehead, but the past couple times they didn’t do it anymore.

Do not go here. Even if u make an appointment they will still make you wait. My appointment was for 5pm when I got there he had someone in the chair so I just waited till he was finished but apparently there was someone there waiting before me so he gets to get the seat before me. I ended up leaving because obviously he didn’t respect me or my time. Usually a proper business would make it cheaper if u make an appointment versus walking in. With appointments you can run a more structured business. But I’m guessing they like to look at you and make judgments before you actually sit down in there chair. They will have somebody waiting at the door and when you approach they’ll tell you that it’s closed.

Had my son Bobby come in paid the appointment fee sat down with Jose and showed a picture of what he wanted and the man completely butchered his hair I can’t believe he let him walk out the door with his hair looking like this I begged my 15yr old to let me take him back to get someone else to fix it but he refuses because even after telling Jose he didn’t like it he did nothing to resolve the issue. I have tried calling but it goes straight yo the message that their voice mail isn’t set up. So not helpful. They got their 50 bucks th.u
