This place is TERRIBLE. I called to see if they were accepting walk I s and the girl hi answered the phone told me to come in, there would be no issue. I only waited for about 10 mins or so but the trouble started when the girl did my pedicure. She was extremely rough, and I don’t get pedicures often so I wasn’t sure if the pain I was feeling was normal. It hurt so bad I was clenching the arm chairs. Then when she finished scrubbing my feet I noticed that the edges of my toe nails were bleeding. The pedicurist took a green liquid and started placing it on the bleeding areas but she didn’t even bother to explain what it was for! I had to look at the name on the bottle and look it up because she kept no communication with me. And on top of that one of my toes wouldn’t stop bleeding, which she didn’t address either. She waited a few minutes and then when the bleeding stopped she painted the last toe. I was in so much pain and on top of that I was embarrassed because I wasn’t sure if any of this was normal. I texted my friend while it was happening and she told me that it absolutely wasn’t normal and that I shouldn’t pay her. I’ve never not paid for any services but how could I pay for something that left my physically injured? After my toes dries the girl tried to charge me but I told her I wasn’t paying when it hurt to walk. That’s not how I walked in and that’s not something I was going to accept. She kept telling me that it was because I hadn’t gotten a pedicure in a long time and that this situation would’ve happened anywhere. Which is FALSE because nail technicians are not supposed to do anything to create open wounds. She kept telling me that she has her license and that she knows what she’s doing but the end result speaks for itself. This is a terrible place. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. That girl must have bought her license online or something.

I have been coming here for years and I love coming here! Great service and lovely owner too !! She is friendly and texts you her deals if you’d like! She offers promotions! Also, she is bilingual for those who enjoy the Spanish language. Also, the girls are sweet, but do not speak proficient English, but they try their best to communicate well! They are also very clean here which is very important to me which is why I trust them so much. I always get the gel nail special.

I love this place but there are a couple of things wrong. Some nails would be thicker than others. Some nails would be a bit longer and some would be crooked. I was nicked a couple of times when my nail technician used the electric file and then my cuticles would started to bleed. I had rhinestones applied and I asked the lady to apply them almost near my cuticle. Thus, some of the rhinestones were crooked or too close to the cuticle. When she would apply the gel top coat, she wouldn’t spread the gel evenly. This has happened to me before while I went to A&M. I currently have a gel top coat and LED lamp at home. So when I got home, I decided to redo the top coat and pop it into the LED lamp. My nails looked a little better so it was a close call. Still my favorite place to get my nails done! Karen is such a sweetheart and she tries her best! Only those few minor adjustments need to be improved. This is my excellent salon experience!! I’m due for a refill this week and A&M is the place to go!!

Nice place. I did come in a little late but they managed to squeeze me in. I’m a paler Hispanic woman and no a lot of people can tell I speak Spanish, so moving forward I come in at the time they asked and immediately they begin starring at me and speaking in Spanish. At first it was innocent and respectful but brash comments were made about my physical appearance and they left me waiting for close to an got just to even get spoken too. Long story short of you don’t look Hispanic your service will be slow and they will be rude and skip you.
