Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI was going there faithfully every two weeks or when it was time for a fill-in very disappointed with this business very!!!!! They treated me as a outcast but all because I didn’t tip but I noticed when you don’t tip they speak in there language very nasty and rude about you….. very upset because now my nails are bad had an infection…. Not to mention the guy I always go to his station is on the right side by the mirrors my hand started bleeding he cut my pinky finger buffing you think he stopped and showed care to my pinky finger yet wiped the blood with his hands and continue to finish my nails….. I advise you guys be aware of this place they only care about the customers that they feel and know will tip wellLook at my nails…. My nails had grown out so long now look at them gone so upset and very disappointed on the way to urgent care because something not right please Ladies be carefulI was going there faithfully every two weeks or when it was time for a fill-in very disappointed with this business very!!!!! My favorite nail techs for OVER 16 years! Lynn, Bill, Wendy HECK EVERYONE always do a marvelous job on my services! I must admit, I went to other nail salons but no one care for my nails like dream nails. I always come running back no matter what . Easy to get to, Clean environment, and great customer service. The atmosphere is better than many nail salons I’ve visited and they move fast!

Went in for one color SNS, no tips, just a short & natural look! Nothing fancy! Was charged $48 & they look awful! Very uneven, bumpy, thick, & the shape is terrible! Never again!

I had been going here for many years. After my last visit 2 weeks ago I won’t be going back. I asked for the #4 pedicure which I always get. Instead of giving me the paraffin wax from the container while it’s warm. I was give the wax inside of a baggie. I told the tech that not what I always get. She said it was the same and I told her I don’t like it. She just continued with what she wanted not me the customer. After probably 10 years or more I won’t be going back.

I’m very fond of the technicians that work at this establishment. Which is why I know this is NOT the best that they can do. I stopped going here a while back due to sanitation concerns. I abhorred when my cuticles got nicked & then not seeing the proper disinfecting taking place after being made to bleed. It sent me into a tailspin and this was pre-pandemic! Now I’m even more cautious and particular about the services I seek. Upon my return after more than a three-year hiatus the same discomforting practices are still happening (so disappointing). Nail stations, drill bits, and the elbow rests are not being cleaned in between customers. Everything that touches a body part should routinely be getting a nice heavy douse of alcohol then placed under a UV light in between customers. All hard surfaces require a thorough once-over with a Lysol wipe in between customers. The water around the hand washing sink pools and starts to smell stagnant. Which means that it’s been ignored & allowed to sit all day. It doesn’t even take a full minute to grab one of the million towels lying around to keep the countertop and around the faucets dry. Use some lemon scented Mr. Clean to keep that area fresh for goodness sake! Even the little tables attached to the pedicure chairs had not been wiped down in a while. They’re white so you can tell when they’ve gotten dirty. I had to ask and double-check to make sure that a brand new bag liner was placed in the basin for my feet. I didn’t see any kind of sani-tablet being dropped into the water that helps to minimize the chance of being exposed to bacteria, fungi, or cross contamination. Once I got home I still had to pumice my own feet to get the rest of the dead skin off. All it seems that they’ve done to take semi precautions is take a covid-19 course to get a certificate and put some hand sanitizer out. I need them to do better. I want to see FREQUENT cleaning. I don’t understand why there is no emphasis placed on proper hygienic standards. This should be basic procedure. Especially when the pandemic is ONGOING, prices have increased, & tips are expected (SMDH). During this time I was motivated to buy my own kit in order to learn how to do this myself for these same exact reasons. I even bypassed getting my eyebrows waxed because I was so turned off. This is precisely why venturing out into the public poses such a high risk for infection. Everyone is doing the absolute bare minimum to keep people safe. I’m not going to become accustomed to paying more to continuously receive less.

After searching for a nail salon for MONTHS after moving during covid, I saw someone’s nails and was directed here. I’ve been here twice and won’t be leaving!! I see “Winn” who is one of the owners. I show her a photo and she delivers. Saturday’s are busy so plan accordingly.

Well not sure what happened after years of going here. Tan the owner did the worst job on my nails ever. Then wanted to be a complete jerk when I asked him why he did my nails different. My nails are hard to do bc the nail bed grows up. He’s done my nails for years and I have always lived them. I leave to go to the back in a few days i told him this and i was like ok make sure you make them go down when you put the tip on. And then i laughed and said i always say that when i know you do it right. And i guess he wanted to prove me wrong. So 88$ later. I hate my nails. And I won’t be back. My favorite part was when he asked me if i wanted to leave a tip. i was like nope sure don’t.
