Cute shop. Always wanted to come here since I live down the street. I decided to finally go today and bought my mom in with me. When I walked in the door, I didn’t get greeted right away until I had to say hi. No one was there as a receptionist so I kind of stood there for like a little minute with my mom until one of the ladies told us we could have a seat, I Asked what we needed done. Didn’t tell us how long of a wait or anything so, as far as customer service it was disappointing, I took my Business elsewhere, maybe in the future I’ll give this place a try again.

This place is amazing!!! I came here all the way from kendall because i seen their work on instagram and it is absolutely beautiful ! I wanted to do a valentines set so she did it beautifully. Staff is super friendly, they offered me a charger because my phone was going dead and also gave me some coffee:) I am absolutely obsessed with my nails and I am most definitely coming back! 10/10 super recommend ❤️

Pedicure was great however when it came down to do my nails ( acrylic) the tech didn’t know what she was doing .she started my leaving huge lumps on my nails and the sides of all nails without any. It got to point I had to ask was she experienced she got offended told me that it didn’t matter how she put acrylic on that it would get fixed once she was finished,I said ok then she would get someone else to do my nails told the owner , the owner didn’t bother to see what was issue and told her to finish she was busy rudly and charged me way over price for nails no design no length $50 luckily Another nail tech saw my discomfort and asked if she could help blessed she helped she put alot acrylic in between bumpd and sides to even out nails filed and drill them down til they were decent looking.

The place is small and cute but they are a bit rude and racist. They speak in spanish thinking you do not understand. Today I was released from 3 months in the hospital and decided to stop and get my toes done because they are overdue….big mistake. They made me feel worse than my illness and should be ashamed. I left in the middle of service because of the racist disrespect. I’ll take my money where it is appreciated. I would not recommend this place to an American.
