Critical: Professionalism, ValueThere is a very unprofessional hair stylist here. Her name is Mariah. Her ig name is @myhairmatters_ She’s located in Suite C1. I originally scheduled an appointment with her for June 12th at 9:30am. She text me the night before & asked could I come on June 13th at 9:30am because she was overbooked. I agreed. At 4:05am on Sunday June 13th, I received an email stating she canceled my appointment with no explanation and no refund. She has not given me my deposit back. She’s been ignoring my texts and calls. She’s very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Sabrina left the dye in my hair when i went 2 months ago fot 40 minuts and had an attitude when she had to wash it out. It was not all out.My friends tild me that my hair always smelld real strong amd wash it out ASAP.
