I absolutely love sugaring but I would rather learn to do it myself then to ever come back here. Staff was extremely rude. I was locked out and had to knock to be let in 15 mins after my service start time because no one was there for my appt on time. After being brought back late to my service I was told very snippy that I will only be able to get my remaining time and only 1 out of the 2 services booked. No compensations we’re offered. I was to still pay full price for service I didn’t revive because “I was late” I arrived on time if not a few minutes earlier to fill out my paperwork. The tech also got sugar in my hair and laughed about when I informed her. Worst experience ever. Take your time and money somewhere else where it will be valued with respect.

I’ve found my sugaring place for life 🙂 This was my first time getting a brazilian and I was very nervous about the whole experience, but my esthetician Caitlin is a real-life angel. She made me feel super comfortable and walked me through the whole process from what sugaring is, to what specific products she was using on me, and kept me distracted throughout the service. Honestly, the pain was not bad either, I was fully expecting to be in horrible pain but it really just feels like ripping a band aid off multiple times and she is super quick, I was in and out within about 15 minutes! Also, super clean and the booking process was easy. Thank you so much for an amazing experience, Caitlin!

I had just started going here before everything shut down—so glad they opened back up! It’s meticulously clean and they have strict social distancing measures in place. They take your temperature when you walk in and then take you straight back to your room. Everyone there is very friendly and they do an amazing job sugaring! Their price points are also very reasonable; if you consistently go you get a certain discount off as a member.
