This review is for Alessandra, the manager at the Manhattan Beach location and Yen, one of the nurses/aestheticians at this center. I’ve always been very happy with the service here – Alessandra is super friendly, flexible, and accommodating and Yen is easygoing and quick, yet very thorough at her job. The services they provide here really work and Alessandra runs the clinic very efficiently. I rarely have to wait longer than a few minutes when I get there. They also often have promotions and discounts going on. Highly recommend!

I purchased a cool sculpting treatment via Groupon for this location. The treatment said it was for one area of the body and I wanted to use it for my jaw. I booked a consultation that week, and when I came into the office (which was about an hour drive from me) they were clearly not prepared for my consultation. I was initially told I would have to wait 30-45 min before the specialist would be available, and was recommended I come back later. After I pushed back a little (since I drove an hour for this appointment) the receptionist said she’d check and see if she could pull her out of the session she was in to chat with me quickly. While I sat in the waiting room I could hear the specialist and the receptionist talking about me from the hallway and it was very clear they had just not been prepared for my appointment. The specialist then came out to bring me back, but there were no rooms available so she took me into a STORAGE CLOSET to chat with me. The specialist was immediately looking me up and down, like she was examining my body, before I was able to tell her I was interested in having my chin done. She then finally looked up at me and laughed saying “oh I was looking at all of this down here” and she reached down and poked at my stomach. It was completely uncomfortable and inappropriate. It was also completely rushed so I didn’t feel any care was given to explain much of anything. She then without much thought told me I would actually want to get TWO treatments on my neck (which felt misleading based on what I purchased said it was good for one body area) and that I would need to do that twice (a total of four). This was going to be $2000 when I had anticipated only the $450 I paid for the single session. While my expectations may have been wrong regarding the amount of treatment (based on their advertising), I was also surprised to learn that their pricing was misleading in that the Groupon prices they had posted were really not the “deal” they made them seam to be. All of that maybe could’ve been forgiven had I not had the issue with the lack of preparedness of my appointment, for putting me in a storage closet, and for poking at my stomach when I had NEVER indicated being interested in any treatment to my stomach. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I have been coming to this location since 2018. The staff are always friendly and professional. Brandi and Yen are wonderful nurses and provide great results every treatment I get with them. My go to treatments are the laser skin rejuvenation facial, micro needling, and laser hair removal. Laser hair removal at this location is quick and pain-free. Alessandra at the front desk is always very friendly and remembers everyone’s name. There are always specials and packages so be sure to ask about them and they can also put together custom packages for you based on your treatment goals. My only issue is they have one single phone number for all of their locations so sometimes it is difficult to get through to either make, change, or cancel an appointment.

Superior service that is unparalleled. I came here to get a tattoo removed over several treatment sessions and got excellent results. Most of my treatment sessions I have been seen by Brandy who is just absolutely amazing. Very professional, friendly, and my favorite provider because I get the best results from her treatments. However, I had the pleasure of working with Yen who is also pretty awesome so you cannot go wrong either one of them 🙂 Last, but not least I want to thank Alessandra who is always very accommodating working with my schedule and has even squeezed me in at the last minute a time or two.
