I have been a client of this Salon for the past 4 years. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my hair…people ask me all the time where I go. I love it there because the Owners- Gabby and Adriana go out of their way to always accommodate my schedule. I am in and out with cut and color within 1 hour!!! They also have given me several different hair styles throughout the years and I have been so pleased with every one of them!! Best hair Salon in all of South Florida with AMAZING Customer Service. 5 minutes early to appointment. Receptionist told me they would be with me in a few minutes. After 25 minutes I asked someone about my appointment and was told it would just be a few more minutes. After another 15 minutes I was told lady that was going to wash my hair was not back yet, and hairdresser was still busy. I walked out, and they didn’t seem to care. This is how they treat first time customers.

Nice Salon on the inside but….I took my daughter there to get her hair done for PROM this past Saturday and walked into a not so welcoming environment. Not a smile or anything from anyone. Regardless, this was my daughters day and this was the only place close to home where we made an appointment to get her ready in time. Regretful! My daughter showed the stylist a picture of the hairstyle, which was of thick curls in the back lifted up with some curls dropping to her back just enough for the back of her dress to show. First, the pony tail was put too low and the curls were pinned into almost a bun, a messy bun where the curls barely showed, mind you my daughter has really long hair and for some reason she was trying to hide all the hair when in reality we wanted the curls to show as in the picture. Looked nothing like the picture. It was started wrong from the beginning to end to the point that we had them remove it all and just do another hairstyle hoping it was simple enough to do. So one of the other stylist pulled up a picture of vintage hairstyle to the side which we thought, you know, how can that go wrong. Well it did too. She curled all the hair again and then combed out the curls with a thick brush basically making them disappear.The hairstyle was suppose to be pined to the side with noticeable waves. Did not get that. I was so angry but I did not want to end up in an argument on my daughters Prom day. Point is, if you can’t do something just say so, don’t half do it! and then charge so much. I get the stylist tried and spent 2 hrs, wasting our time and money but my daughter and I walked out of there quickly cause now she was running late and just disappointed. I had to go home and curl my daughters hair to try and give her somewhat of the right look after being charged $85 plus $20 tip which I totally regret even giving. But money was not the issue, it was getting it done right. I would never recommend this place for hair styling for special occasions. It is not their thing at all…

I have gone to Double Image for my hair for the past 5+ years and cannot imagine going anywhere else! They always work to squeeze me in because I am from out of town. I have gotten many different cuts, colors, and styles and I have loved them all! I can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done and happily drive an hour each way in order to get the results they have always given me. Highly recommend!!

I moved to Labelle last year and wanted to find a salon that was local. I have been going to the same hairstylist in Bonita Springs for several years so I was nervous booking somewhere new. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two beautiful women who are the owners and Adriana was my hairstylist. She cuts and styles her hair like I do so I walked out with my new hair and a salon close to home. All the ladies that work there are professional and welcoming. They are up to date on the newest trends and products. (a huge problem that I ran into at other salons in Hendry County) Gabby, Adriana, Montana, Kristie and Irene are a great team. They offer nails ,facials, hair , makeup and eyelashes. I highly recommend Double Image.

I am not sure how they treat other customers but I was disappointed in how they treated me today. I came in time for my appointment and even before I set down, the hair dresser’s attention was on another lady who came in at the same time. As she was cutting my hair she kept trying to keep the lady waiting by telling her that she will take care of me quickly. Surely, she was done with me in about 5 minutes. I hope that is not the case with others and I do hope that they treat each customer uniquely. I went there because I want to support a local business but unfortunately I will have to go to Ft. Myers next time.
