Saw Heather and asked for my roots to be hilighted all over and a toner through out that was not gold or brassy. She agreed and said she was also going to pull some strands through to the end that were dark. Left with all over white silver and purple streaked hair with dark long roots. I scrubbed my hair to get the color out when I got home and looked in the mirror trying not to cry. In the shop she blamed it on the lighting and the toner being fresh. I had clumps of hair fall out, even at the wash bowl.. I have scalp burns and my roots are dark brown goldish and yellow. These pics are after washing it twice to get the white silver and purple out but look at the root work from a supposedly full root hilight. I was rudely denied any type of refund and told best of luck. Heather actually lied to me and told me I said I liked it and didn’t want my roots done. Come on.. Who in the world wants breaking white silver purple hair and brown gold roots still grown out. Got a massage after to destress. Made it clear I was looking for a deep muscle massage because my neck and back were really hurting and received an oil bath rub with some kind of chakra and pressure point energy neutralizing work which I told her I did not want as not only did that go against my faith but was not what I was looking for. Tried to wipe all the oil off after, which was like an oil slick but still managed to ruin my dress.. I never complained about my massage with the therapist. I just said nothing and tried to pay as she kept pushing me as to tell her it was good and wanted to argue. I finally had to tell her I just wanted to pay and go home.. When I called the owner about my hair she acted rude unapologetic and unconcerned putting it back on me that my hair was already damaged and me not cutting my hair and how a lot of times they do dark roots. I was offered by Heather my stylist to come back for my roots but with their obtuse attitude I was scared for them to touch me again. After just asking for a refund which had to be done on their voice mail because they wouldn’t answer their phone instead of the owner calling me back I get a long aggressive fb message from Heather lying about what was done and what I wanted and that I was happy when I left and told I WOULD NOT BE RECEIVING A REFUND. Now I have to pay someone else to fix this. Don’t waste your time or money. Cheaper is not always better.

Love the salon. It’s a very clean and welcoming environment. The owner is so sweet and warm, she always checks on clients (even when she is not the one performing the service). Heather is my hairdresser, always does an amazing job. She listens to what you want and does a great job! I always leave satisfied. I recommend this place to everyone

Heather has been doing my hair going on two years now. she always does an amazing job and every time I’ve been pleased with my blonde hair!! She’s a great conversationalist and truly takes the time to get to know her clients. The hair salon itself is super cute and has a comfortable atmosphere.

Went to Donna Spa Salon with a need for a clean up on my head and a nice trim for my beard. I was greeted with such a kind demeanor and great service. I had everything trimmed as I liked and was even offered a massage. I scheduled it for another day. I will definitely be returning for future cuts.
